I have a client who has a huge virtual website powered by WebOs 2.0, and she has been asking me if the same can be done with iOS. She has already been asked to install a custom VPN and the guy she hired for the job made her install a jailbreak on her iPad and set up an Apple Developer account. I'm wondering what would be involved to make a custom "WebOs" running on the device.

She is a YouTube video producer and she's going to be creating videos on how to use the iPad and connect it to the computer.

I have also read a ton about WebOs. It looks like I would have to do the following:

Add a bunch of "wml code" that makes it function like a WebOS website.
Set the home screen to load the iOS WebOs app first.
Set the home screen to load each WebOs app after a short period of time.
Set up an Apple Developer account to make the jailbreak.

I'm interested in whether or not WebOs can be created. Does anyone know how to make it work on iOS?
